Capital Region IT offers several monthly Maintenance packages for your Business. These packages are designed to keep your systems running up to date in order to decrease downtime and security issues associated with un-patched operating systems and software. While your service is performed at the same date every month, all remote packages include emergency hot-fixes. If Microsoft releases an emergency security fix during any month your system is covered the fixes will be applied provided we have remote access to your system.
A single system failure can incur greater costs than the monthly service fee before adding the cost of work stoppage while the system is under repair.
The recent outbreaks of Blaster and Sobig are examples of vulnerabilities both old and new that your Information Technology must be maintained to prevent intrusion and abuse of your Information Technology. |

on a regular basis. We offer a package for server
maintenance for $50 a month. This package includes
researching any new updates for your model server and
applying them when necessary. |
